Our Company Founder Adem ESEN: He was born in Diyarbakır in 1971. He entered the Geological Engineering Department of Çukurova University, Faculty of Engineering and Architecture in 1988. He graduated from here in 1992. He received his Master's Degree in 2008 from the General Geology Department of Dicle University, Faculty of Mines. He worked as a field and construction site manager in various dams between 1992 and 1997. He founded his own company with his partner in 1999. He transferred his shares in the company he founded in 2015 to his partners and founded ESENLER GRUP Ltd and AEKA Construction Limited in 2018. He still continues his work.

Civil Engineer Ahmet Timur ESEN: Ahmet Timur Esen, one of our company founders, was born in 1994. He has been providing engineering services in various fields of civil engineering since 2015. He worked as the Site Manager in the Özaltın-Cengiz Aşağı Kaleköy and HEPP Project between 2017-2019, and as the Site Manager in the Limak Gürsoğüt 1-2 HES Project between 2019-2020. He currently continues his joint work in the ESENLER GRUP company.
